Creswell is coming on in leaps and bounds.
His biggest hurdle to an international call up is if HODGSON is embarrassed about announcing he has picked AAWON CWESSWELL.

Great goal saving tackle yesterday from Jenko, Cresswell is getting caught out with the ball inside too often he needs to work on that otherwise best pair of Full backs we've had for years.

Re: Time for Carl Jenkinson to start?
He's been our best rb for a while, but as ronnie has said his defending is a bit suspect as I said a while back he is better going forward than he is defending.

Cresswell on the other hand is getting better and better.

He is the type of player that can raise his game to suit any level.

He could play CL and be an international.

I like him. Suspect defending but an asset going forward.

I don't think he's champions league or international stuff though.

Him and Creswell have both been excellent, to think JOB was warming up yesterday filled me with fear!! How ET Head gets anywhere near this team is shocking.

Is coming on well and obviously benefiting from being first choice and starting every week.
Arsenal bought DeBUCHY & CHAMBERS so doubt he would be first choice if he went back.
I'd be making an offer now to make it permanent.

He was excellent yesterday, I'd love it if he stayed but I just cannot see Wenger letting him go, especially with how much he's come on since joining us.

Fit, quick and aspiring young attacking English full backs has been a big catalyst this year...

We need to sign him and he is only going to get better as the team develops and he settles

If arsenal asked 6 mil we should gladly pay it. Class's like Cresswell

I stuck the following on the match thread but it has been ignored, so .........

On a more positive note, I'd like to give a shout out for Carl Jenkinson.
Just after we scored, a goal to Swansea seemed inevitable. But he saw the danger, covered some ground to make the challenge, and executed it perfectly.
I've not been a huge fan of his defensive capabilities, but that was TOP DRAW defending. I actually applauded him from my sofa.
More of the same Jenkinson, SON.

Could anyone imagine Demel putting over a cross like JENKSY did for Valencia on Saturday?
